Q - What are your response times related to .uk domain queries?

A - We will acknowledge any .uk domain related query within 1 working day and respond appropriately within 3 working days.

Q - What is the complaints and appeals procedure?

A - If you are unhappy with the service we are providing or otherwise wish to complain we first ask you to contact the department relevant to your complaint. If your complaint is not dealt with to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to our complaints department by emailing complaints@trase.co.uk or in writing to our company address.

Q - What do I do if I have a complaint about your customers?

A - If you have a complaint relating to any of our customers with regards to our services please contact our abuse department at abuse@trase.co.uk

Our Terms

.uk Domain Names

We charge £10 per domain name which covers a 2-year period, this is also the renewal fee.

We do not charge for cancellations, changes of registration or transfers.

We will email the contact of the account, 30, 15 and 1 day before your domain name is due to expire to ensure you have time to decide.

If you would like to keep the domain name. Should you wish to keep the domain name, you simply need to ensure your renewal invoice is paid at least 7 days before the expiry date, If you do not wish to renew please contact us at domains@trase.co.uk,

If you do not respond the domain name will not be renewed and will be suspended 30 days after the expiry date and cancelled after a further 60 day grace period.
